Purchases and refunds

OurRound Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Purchases, payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. You do not need an account.

Restore a purchase

After reinstalling the app or switching devices, restore the purchase in the app settings. Use the same Apple or Google store account you bought with.

Request a refund

• Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: Google Play refund flow

If restoring does not work, email us the store and roughly when you bought at support@ourround.de. Please do not send complete payment details.
