Delete your data

OurRound has no account. The names, drinks, prices and payments on your lists exist only on your device: delete a list in the app or remove the app, and all local data is gone. Backup files you created yourself remain and must be deleted separately.

Earlier versions with an account

Earlier versions had an account with connected groups, friends and shared events. These features are being shut down. Export your data in the app first (Backup); afterwards the connected data on our servers is deleted.

You can also delete your account yourself: in the earlier version under Settings → Account & shared rounds → Delete account, confirming your identity again with Google or Apple. Or email us from the address linked to the account at support@ourround.de.

Your cloud account, private profile and friendship data, and memberships are deleted. Entries in shared event histories are retained for group integrity but permanently anonymized. Store transaction records and a one-way, secret-keyed provider binding remain separate from the deleted account only for secure purchase restoration, refunds, fraud prevention and statutory retention duties; they contain no alias or plain-text email address.

OurRound Pro

A purchased OurRound Pro stays tied to your Apple or Google store account, not to an account with us. Restore it in the app settings.
